今晩の食事は「風神亭」でした。松茸の雑炊、牛すじどて焼き、なすの漬け物、おでん。今日は寒かったんで、松茸の雑炊が特にうまかったですなあ。またなすを頼んじゃいましたが、ここのは水なすじゃなくて、普通のなすですね。でも上手に漬けてあります。この店はすべてうまいですね。オリジナリティも抜群。
オーナーが世界中を旅して、これはうまいというものを自分なりに作ってみたという料理もありまして、シャシュリークという豚肉料理は必ず食べたいです。
